We are back to Amber starting from the beginning of Wednesday 2nd December 2020;

https://www.scouts.org.uk/volunteers/getting-back-together-safely/the-readiness-levels-across-uk-scouts/

This means that F2F Scouting can resume subject to the restrictions which can be found in the link above an approved COVID RA.

As always, just because we can do F2F it is for each volunteer, section, group, unit to make the decision on what sessions/facilities to offer and this is respected and supported across the District and beyond.

All Amber COVID Risk Assessments that were approved previously are valid. – Please do review and remind yourselves of the contents and update if required.

Adult Meetings/Session – face to face programme activities for members of Scouts who are over 18 is in Red everywhere in England – this means that there can be no face to face section meetings for Network. Other volunteers over the age of 18 can meet in-line with restrictions in your tier for adults meeting together, to carry out essential volunteering tasks like campsite or building maintenance.

Garners Field is open for bookings – please ensure you follow the booking instructions attached (any issues let me know) and ensure that you understand your cleaning responsibilities.

District Scout Shop will re-open on Saturday 5th, 12th & 19th December 2020 from 9:30am until Noon.

If you have any questions or concerns please do contact me.

Ann-Marie
