Campsite Booking

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING …

Garner’s Field is hired out only to recognised youth organisations.  If you have any doubt please contact the Campsite Booking Manager (campsitebookings@farnhamscouting.com) first, before making a booking request.

Submitting this form does NOT constitute a confirmed booking. Once your form is received we will check available space and confirm, via email, if your booking is accepted.  At which point your deposit is due.

On the last page of the booking form you will be given a total for your stay. 

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required once your booking has been confirmed;  full payment if the total less than £100.   

Please book realistic numbers for your camp,  we reserve the right to charge you for your initial numbers if an update is not given at least one month prior to the camp and an accurate update within one week of the camp taking place. 

If you wish to have sole occupancy  of the site you must book for at least 180 participants.   

We reserve the right to charge for cancellations not informed in a timely manner. 

We do not offer instructors or volunteers for any activities.

If you are camping or using the Hall as a group you can select YES for the Hall, but hall is chargeable at Farnham Rates. IF YOU ARE CAMPING YOU MUST SELECT NO as camping is chargeable. If you are a district group carrying out training OR using the field for a group meeting you can select YES.
