Campsite Booking

PLEASE NOTE:  The Campsite is CLOSED between November 2019 and 1st March 2020.

Please do not make a booking during this period as we will have to advise you that we are cancelling it.

Note: The Farnham District Scout Campsite is hired out only to recognised youth organisations.  These include such groups as Scouts, Guides, DofE, Schools, Boys/Girls Brigade and so on.  If you have any doubt please contact the Campsite Booking Manager first, before making a booking request.

On the last page of the booking form you will be given a total for your stay.

A MINIMUM deposit of £100 is required for each booking, unless a complete payment is made for bookings that total less than £100. If you do not pay the required deposit or full payment you may jeopordise any booking.

NB: Name, Address, Dates and visit type sections MUST be completed by all visitors.

If you are camping or using the Hall as a group you can select YES for the Hall, but hall is chargeable at Farnham Rates. IF YOU ARE CAMPING YOU MUST SELECT NO as camping is chargeable. If you are a district group carrying out training OR using the field for a group meeting during Covid-19 you can select YES.
