Dec – Friday 2nd – Xmas Meal – Daniel Hall – 7pm for 7:30pm sit down £17.50 per person including welcome drink, 3 courses, tea/coffee and mince pie (full menu available end of Oct-22) –
Jan – No event
Feb – Tuesday 14th – Games Night with pancakes – Garner’s Field – 7:30pm
Mar – Wednesday 22nd – Quiz – Garners Field – from 7pm
Apr – Friday 21st-23rd – Family Camp – all help welcome
May – Monday 15th May – SASU Bowles – Crondall Bowls club, Hook meadow, Crondall. (behind the village hall) – from 6pm – £4 per head – e-mail dc@farnhamsocuting.com if you coming.
Jun – Thursday 15th – BBQ – Garners Field from 7pm
Jul – Tuesday 11th – District Social and AGM – all welcome
Dec – Friday 8th – Xmas Meal – Daniel Hall – 7pm for 7:30pm sit down
MIDAS – Mini Bus training
Mini Bus Training
Our District policy states that any driver transporting members of the Scout Association by minibus must hold a current MiDAS certificate. With our trainers in place this is in force, forward planning is needed to ensure that the certificates are in place.
Training consists of a day’s theoretical courses followed by an assessment drive – previous courses have been a weekend day followed by an evening.
We will be arrange training sessions in the near future but it would be helpful to understand, please let midas@farnhamscouting.com know should you require training.
